Karlson joined LGIM in January 2022 as an active equities investment specialist within the active strategies team. Previously he was a client portfolio manager at AXA Investment Managers within their quant equity platform for their Asia clients and before that a portfolio management analyst at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Karlson graduated from Cass Business School in BSc Banking and International Finance. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
